<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="Times New Roman">This fan and condenser coil is typically at the bottom of the refrigerator – right at the floor.<span>  </span>Of course this is the best place for the coil to collect dirt, pet hair, dust, and anything else that collects in the nooks and crannies of a kitchen.<span>  </span>It only takes a few months for the debris to begin to insulate the coil and inhibit the refrigerator’s efficient operation.</font></p>

<p><font face="Times New Roman">What you can do is invest 5 minutes a month to clean the coil and </font><font face="Times New Roman">keep the air flowing freely.<span>  </span>If the air can flow freely then the heat can be dissipated efficiently, saving you valuable money in electricity.<span>  </span>As a side benefit, your equipment doesn’t work so hard – so it lasts longer and is more reliable.</font></p>
